1. Trail / Three of a Kind (Highest)
Three cards of the same rank. This is the best possible hand. Examples: A-A-A, K-K-K, Q-Q-Q, 2-2-2. Three Aces beats all other Trails.
2. Pure Sequence / Straight Flush
Three consecutive cards of the same suit. Examples: A♠-K♠-Q♠, 9♥-8♥-7♥. A-K-Q of same suit is the highest pure sequence.
3. Sequence / Straight
Three consecutive cards of any suit. Examples: A-K-Q, 7-6-5, 4-3-2. The highest sequence is A-K-Q. Note: A-2-3 is the lowest sequence (called the "Low Straight").
4. Color / Flush
Three cards of the same suit, not in sequence. Examples: A♥-J♥-7♥, K♣-9♣-4♣. When two players both have a Flush, compare highest card, then second, then third.
